$OUND/PROOF
Every credit. Verified.
Every collaborator. Confirmed.
Every piece of music you touched. Permanently yours.
— Why $ound/proof exists
The certified record that proves your sound — and opens doors.
$ound/proof is the multi-party attribution and provenance platform the music industry plugs into: labels, PROs, sync, and DSPs. Not just admissible proof of who made the music — the beginning of the opportunities, collaboration, and community that proof unlocks.
Not social media. Real opportunities. Real collaboration. Real proof.

"This is exactly what we need. Sending to legal now." — The deal that did.
Free to start · $6/mo founding$12 · Community tier available — email us for details
— The Thesis · What $ound/proof Is
"We don't replace artists with AI — we prove why they matter in an AI-powered world."
Most people who touch a piece of music never get credit for it. The hardest-working creators are the least visible. $ound/proof is the infrastructure that makes both of those sentences false.
The whole platform, in one read
$ound/proof is a music attribution platform. You submit a project, name everyone who worked on it, and each collaborator confirms their own role — no self-reported credits. Once everyone confirms, the credit is sealed into a Credit Certificate: permanent, downloadable, legally structured proof of who made what.
Cryptographic = tamper-proof
Once the certificate is issued, no one can alter the names, roles, or dates on it — not you, not us, not anyone.
It uses SHA-256 — the same standard banks and governments use to lock data. It takes your credit record and generates a unique fingerprint. Change even one character — a comma, a space — and the fingerprint breaks. That mismatch is instant, irrefutable proof of tampering.
Every project also discloses exactly how much AI was involved on a four-level Human Value Index — from Pure Human to AI Generated — which doubles as EU AI Act disclosure documentation. Verified creators become searchable by music supervisors, A&R, and labels who can finally trust what a profile says.
01
Submit your work
Beats, tracks, EPs, scores — name every collaborator and their role.
02
Collaborators confirm
Each person verifies their own contribution. Multi-party, bilateral.
03
Certificate sealed
SHA-256 locked, AI use disclosed, yours permanently.
04
Industry finds you
Verified profiles surface in sync, session & A&R searches.
— What Is $ound/proof
Infrastructure the industry has never had.
The infrastructure layer for verified music attribution in the AI era. Not a social platform. Not a streaming service. A verified attribution ecosystem built specifically for music — where credits are verified, AI involvement is disclosed, and ownership history is permanent. Every record belongs to you. Permanently.
01
Verified Credits
Every credit confirmed by named collaborators — not self-reported. Multi-party verification creates a legal record that belongs to the creator, not the platform.
02
Credit Certificate
The first legally structured credit record in music. Timestamped. Exportable PDF with a unique Certificate ID and public verification URL. Designed to be admissible in disputes.
03
AI Transparency Panel
4-level disclosure system. EU AI Act 2026 Compliant. Human Value Index on every project. The only platform where AI use is documented with legal structure.
04
Discovery by Craft
Search by role, genre, city, verified credits. Never by follower count. Never by algorithm. Your craft determines your visibility — nothing else.
— For Industry
Find talent the way talent should be found.
Music supervisors, A&R, and label teams get searchable verified creator portfolios — skill tags, real work samples, collaboration history, and AI provenance data. A fraction of LinkedIn Recruiter cost. Infinitely more relevant.
Music Supervisors
AI provenance verification for every track. EU AI Act compliance documentation as of 2026 makes this a legal requirement you need us to solve.
A&R & Labels
Discover producers and engineers by verified credits, not virality. Find the person who actually made the record — not the face on the thumbnail.
Publishers
Verified metadata integration. Credit history that aligns with ASCAP/BMI records. Documentation that survives platform shutdowns and contract disputes.
— Verified Credit Certificate
A legal document. Not a participation trophy.
Every verified project generates a PDF certificate that can be submitted in copyright disputes, licensing negotiations, royalty audits, visa applications, and legal proceedings. Signed, timestamped, hashed, and EU AI Act compliant.
Patent Pending · U.S. App. No. 19/683,746
⚖
Live Version · Legal Enforceability
The live platform will layer RFC 3161 independent timestamping, an immutable audit trail (IP, device, action sequence), and ESIGN / eIDAS compliant multi-party attestation on top of the existing SHA-256 hash — making every Credit Certificate not just tamper-evident, but legally binding and admissible in copyright proceedings, royalty disputes, and identity confirmation without a lawyer in the room.
🛡
Live Version · Contributor Rights Protection
The certificate proves who made it — but it does not grant anyone permission to use it. Those are two completely different legal instruments, and $ound/proof keeps them that way by design.
USAGE RIGHTS DECLARATION
When contributors confirm their role, they also declare usage rights terms — commercial sync requires unanimous written consent, non-commercial use terms, custom licensing conditions. These terms are embedded in the certificate alongside HVI and attestation. The cert says who made it and what they agreed to.
DERIVATIVE CONSENT FLAG
When a new project samples or derives from a certificated work, the platform surfaces: "This work has verified contributors. Have all contributors consented to this use?" — and requires attestation before the derivative certificate issues. No silent reuse.
Being on a certificate as a verified contributor does not grant license, right, or permission to use the underlying work commercially. All usage rights remain with the verified contributors under applicable copyright law. The certificate is a record of creation and agreed terms — not a release of rights.
What It Proves
Who made it · When · Each person's role · Whether AI was used · Your rights share · Multi-party attestation under penalty of perjury

◆ Tap to understand each section
A sealed certificate can never be altered. But what stops two collaborators from re-uploading the same song under the same name — just the two of them — to create a new certificate that quietly drops the third?
We do. When a new project matches a certificate you’re already sealed on, the platform notices — and protects everyone who was originally on the record.
Everyone is told
Every contributor on the original certificate is notified by name — including anyone being left off. You always see it.
You decide
Approve the new version, or dispute it. If you’re being dropped, your dispute stops it — no one else’s vote can override you.
Silence protects you
If you never respond, the new certificate never seals. Doing nothing can never be used to erase you.
Choose to step away? You can release your credit yourself — on the record, in your own words. It’s always your call, never a default.
A work can be permanently voided once — for life — only with the consent of the people it belongs to. The certificate is never deleted; it stays on the record, marked voided, forever.

$OUND/PROOF — LEGAL
Privacy Policy
$ound/proof LLC · Effective: May 17, 2026 · Questions: esther@soundprf.tech
1. WHAT WE COLLECT
Account data: Name, email address, and role (Creator / Industry / Listener) provided at signup. Project data: Track titles, contributor names, roles, AI usage disclosures, and production metadata you submit when posting a project. Usage data: Pages visited within the platform, feature interactions, and aggregate session data for product improvement. We do not sell individual usage profiles. Verification data: Contributor confirmation responses used to issue and validate Credit Certificates. This data is stored permanently as part of the cryptographic certificate record. Payment data: Handled entirely by our payment processor. $ound/proof LLC does not store card numbers or banking details.
2. HOW WE USE YOUR DATA
Platform operation: To issue Credit Certificates, verify contributors, compute HVI scores, and surface your verified profile to industry partners (Creators only, after full verification). Compliance: To generate EU AI Act Article 50 documentation on request and satisfy any applicable regulatory obligation. Communications: Transactional emails only (certificate issuance, contributor verification requests, account changes). We do not send unsolicited marketing without your consent. Product improvement: Aggregate, de-identified analytics to understand how the platform is used. No individual behavioral profiles are sold to third parties.
3. WHO CAN SEE YOUR DATA
Other creators: Nothing. Creator data is not visible to other creators. Industry partners: Your verified Creator profile (name, credits, AI transparency declarations, HVI levels) becomes discoverable to subscribed Industry users only after your first project is fully verified by all contributors. API partners: Certificate data (contributor names, HVI level, SHA-256 hash, EU compliance status) is accessible via the AI Provenance Query API to authenticated partners — matching the data printed on the Credit Certificate itself. Listener tier: Listeners see aggregate credit information tied to tracks. Individual creator contact details are never shared with listeners. Third parties: We do not sell your data. We share data with service providers (hosting, payments, email delivery) strictly under data processing agreements.
4. CERTIFICATE DATA & PERMANENCE
Credit Certificate data — including contributor names, roles, and SHA-256 hashes — is permanent by design. Once a certificate is issued and all contributors have confirmed, the cryptographic record cannot be altered. This is a core feature, not a limitation. If you need to flag an error, contact esther@soundprf.tech and we will issue a superseding certificate with a correction note attached to the original record.
5. YOUR RIGHTS
Access: Request a copy of all personal data we hold about you. Correction: Request correction of inaccurate account data. Deletion: Request deletion of your account and associated personal data. Certificate records may be retained in anonymized or superseded form to preserve the integrity of verified credits for other contributors on the same project. EU / GDPR: If you are located in the European Union, you have additional rights under the GDPR including data portability and the right to lodge a complaint with your national supervisory authority. California / CCPA: California residents have the right to know, delete, and opt-out of the sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information.
To exercise any right, email esther@soundprf.tech with subject line: "Privacy Request."
6. COOKIES, RETENTION & UPDATES
Cookies: We use only essential session cookies required for login state. No third-party advertising or tracking cookies. Retention: Account data is retained for the duration of your account plus 90 days after deletion request. Certificate records are retained indefinitely for integrity purposes. Updates: We will notify registered users by email before any material change to this policy takes effect. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
$ound/proof LLC · Effective: July 12, 2026 · 17 U.S.C. § 512 · Designated Agent registered with U.S. Copyright Office
1. OUR COMMITMENT
We respect the intellectual property rights of creators — it is the entire reason $ound/proof exists. We respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and will remove or disable access to material claimed to be infringing under the procedure below.
Notices sent to any other channel may not receive a response.
3. FILING A TAKEDOWN NOTICE
To be valid under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3), your written notice must include: (1) identification of the copyrighted work; (2) identification of the infringing material and where it is located (URL, Work title, or Certificate ID); (3) your name, address, phone, and email; (4) a statement of good-faith belief that the use is not authorized; (5) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act; and (6) your physical or electronic signature.
4. § 512(f) WARNING
Knowingly misrepresenting that material is infringing may expose you to liability for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees. Please do not use DMCA notices to escalate credit or contribution disputes — our verification dispute process exists for that.
5. AFTER A VALID NOTICE
We remove or disable public access to the identified material promptly and make a good-faith effort to notify the contributor who posted it. Removal ends public display only; the underlying Credit Certificate record and its status are preserved as part of the permanent attribution chain. Takedown does not delete or rewrite attribution history.
6. COUNTER-NOTIFICATION
If your material was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the Designated Agent under § 512(g)(3) including: identification of the removed material and its prior location; a statement under penalty of perjury of good-faith belief that removal was a mistake; your name, address, and phone; consent to the jurisdiction of the U.S. federal district court for your district (or the Eastern District of Michigan if outside the U.S.); and your signature. If the complainant does not file a court action within 10–14 business days, we may restore the material.
7. REPEAT INFRINGERS
We terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of repeat infringers. Account closure follows our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy: profile and account data are removed, while certificate records persist as attribution records with their status noted.
$ound/proof LLC · Effective: July 12, 2026 · How we use cookies and similar technologies
1. WHAT COOKIES ARE
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies include local storage and session tokens. This policy explains which we use and why, and supplements our Privacy Policy.
2. WHAT WE USE
Strictly necessary: Authentication and session cookies that keep you signed in and secure your session (including our Supabase-backed login and waitlist). The platform cannot function without these, so they do not require consent. Functional: Where used, cookies that remember your preferences and settings. No third-party advertising or tracking: We do not use advertising cookies or sell tracking profiles. If we adopt analytics in the future, this policy and a consent mechanism will be updated before doing so.
3. COOKIES ON THIS SITE
Session / auth (Supabase): Keeps you logged in and protects your session. Essential. Security: Protects form submissions (including the waitlist) against cross-site request forgery. Essential. Payment (Stripe): When you reserve a waitlist spot, Stripe may set cookies to process the payment securely. Essential to the transaction.
If we add any non-essential cookie, we will list it here and request consent first.
4. MANAGING COOKIES
Browser controls: You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking strictly-necessary cookies may break login and core features. Global Privacy Control: We honor recognized opt-out preference signals for California residents where applicable.
5. CHANGES
We update this policy when our use of cookies changes. The version published here governs.
$ound/proof LLC · Effective: July 12, 2026 · Incorporated into the Terms of Service
1. SCOPE
This Acceptable Use Policy applies to everyone who accesses or uses $ound/proof — creators, industry users, listeners, API partners, and visitors — and is part of our Terms of Service. Violations may result in content removal, suspension or termination, and, where warranted, referral to authorities.
2. YOU MAY NOT
· Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent attribution or contribution declarations, or impersonate another person. · Misrepresent AI involvement in a Human Value Index declaration, in either direction. · Upload or register content that infringes copyright, trademark, or other rights, or that you lack authority to submit. · Circumvent another contributor's dispute flag, the verification process, or any certificate or takedown status. · Harass, threaten, defame, or retaliate against another user. · Upload malware, probe or scan systems, or interfere with platform integrity or availability. · Scrape, bulk-extract, or build a competing dataset from platform records outside our documented API and its terms. · Use the platform or its data to train machine-learning models except as expressly permitted. · Violate any applicable law or use the platform to facilitate illegal activity. · Submit unlawful or hateful content, or any content that sexualizes minors — zero tolerance, immediate termination and reporting.
3. CONTENT STANDARDS
Content you submit must be accurate to the best of your knowledge, lawful, and something you have the right to submit. The integrity of every certificate depends on the honesty of the declarations behind it — misuse of the attribution system harms every user who relies on it. We may review, remove, or restrict content that violates this policy.
4. ENFORCEMENT
Minor / first-time: Notice and an opportunity to correct via the amendment flow. Serious: Suspension, content removal, or dispute freeze. Severe / illegal: Immediate termination, record preservation, and reporting as required.
We act proportionately and, where appropriate, give notice and a chance to respond — except where a violation creates legal exposure, harms other users, or threatens platform integrity. Copyright infringement is handled under our DMCA Policy.
5. REPORTING
Report violations to esther@soundprf.tech. Copyright infringement is handled through our DMCA Designated Agent.
$ound/proof LLC · Effective: July 12, 2026 · CCPA/CPRA addendum to our Privacy Policy

This notice supplements our Privacy Policy and applies to California residents under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the CPRA. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meaning given in the Privacy Policy.
2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

Project & verification data: Track metadata, contributor declarations, HVI disclosures, and certificate records. Internet activity: Essential session and usage data. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
3. WE DO NOT SELL OR SHARE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
$ound/proof does not sell your personal information, and does not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined under the CCPA/CPRA. Because we do not sell or share, no "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" action is required — but you may still exercise the rights below at any time.
4. YOUR CALIFORNIA RIGHTS
Know / Access: Request the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected. Delete: Request deletion of your personal information, subject to legal exceptions (certificate records may be retained in superseded form to preserve the integrity of other contributors' verified credits). Correct: Request correction of inaccurate personal information. Limit: We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information beyond what is necessary to provide the service. Non-discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.
5. HOW TO EXERCISE YOUR RIGHTS

60-second quick start
The five things worth doing before anything else.
Add a project. Hit + Add Project, drop in a track, name who worked on it, answer the AI question — and watch a real Credit Certificate get sealed.
Open a certificate. Click any verified project. That gold seal, the contributor list, the SHA-256 hash — that's the whole point.
Verify one yourself. Paste SP-2025-1842-VX into the verify box. No login. That's what anyone in the world sees.
Play the AI + Human Value Index. Toggle the stages and watch the score move. This is the part nobody else has.
Switch seats. Flip to Industry and post an opportunity, then Listener and search the catalog. Same records, three angles.
Lost? The logo up top always takes you home. The role tabs never move. You're never more than one click from a fresh start.

The full walkthrough
Everything, in the order it makes sense to explore it. Jump around — each section stands alone.
01
Getting in & finding your way
The lay of the land once you're inside.
Any view
Coming in, you hit a quick loading animation — that fingerprint effect is the cryptographic sealing you'll see for real later. Not just decoration.
Now you're in the demo shell: role tabs up top, a sidebar on the left, and the main stage in the middle.
The ☰ button collapses the sidebar if you want more room. Exit drops you back to the landing page.
See a "live only" note somewhere? That feature's turned off in the demo on purpose — everything else is fully clickable.
02
Pick your seat: the three views
Same platform, three kinds of people. Try all three — it's the fastest way to get it.
Creator
You made the music. Build a profile, add projects, get your credits sealed, apply to gigs. Start here.
Industry
You're hiring. Post opportunities, search verified talent, pull compliance reports. The buyer's side.
Listener
You're a fan or a researcher. Search the catalog, see who really made a track, verify it's legit.
Partner API
You're a platform plugging in. Run a live verification query and see the structured response you'd get back.
Try it — Tap each tab and watch the whole sidebar rebuild. Nothing you did disappears — you're just looking at it from a different chair.
03
Setting up your profile
The first-time setup, and where your identity lives.
CreatorIndustryListener
If onboarding pops up, run through it — name, city, a short bio. Takes a few seconds.
Don't skip the accessibility step. Deaf/HoH, visual, motor, neurodivergent — pick what fits and the workflow adapts to you. It's built in, not an afterthought.
Land on your profile. As a Creator you get tabs: About, Credits, Projects, Edit.
Poke the inline audio player on a project — waveform, play button, the works. Your music lives right on your profile.
04
Add a project → seal a certificate
The main event. This is the thing to actually do.
Creator
Hit + Add Project in the sidebar.
Drop a track into the upload zone. You'll see the filename, size, and a preview player appear.
Fill in the details: title, type, genre, year, your role, any notes.
Add your collaborators. Name everyone who worked on it and give each a role and a split %. This is the heart of it — credits nobody can fake, because everyone confirms their own.
Answer the AI question (next section), then submit. A Credit Certificate seals — SHA-256 locked, timestamped, yours.
Do this — Add two or three collaborators before you submit. The multi-party seal and the split breakdown are way more satisfying with a real crew on the certificate.
05
The AI Panel & Human Value Index
The part no one else has. Give it a minute.
CreatorAny view
AI Transparency Panel
During upload: did you use AI? Which tools, where in the process, how much? Honest disclosure, attached to the credit forever.
Human Value Index (HVI)
A score from "Pure Human" on up, built from how the work actually came together. Not a vibe — a number with a method behind it.
In the HVI calculator, toggle the stages — creative, primary, post — and watch the verdict and the formula update live. Play with it.
Tap the methodology info to see how the score's actually calculated. It's not hand-wavy.
The payoff: a buyer or a fan can see the human/AI split before they license or press play. That's new.
06
Reading a Credit Certificate
What all that gold actually means.
CreatorAny view
Click any verified project to open its certificate.
Up top: the certificate ID (like SP-2025-1842-VX), the title, genre, year, issue date, and an Active status.
The contributor list shows every person and their role. The SHA-256 hash is the fingerprint — change one comma and it breaks.
Notice the lock. Once it's sealed, nobody edits the names, roles, or dates. Not you, not them, not $ound/proof. It can only be disputed or amended on the record.

Verify one yourself — no login
The trick that makes the whole thing work.
ListenerAny view
Find the verify box and paste in a certificate ID (grab one from the table above).
A real ID lights up green — contributors, HVI, issue date, the whole record. Now type in gibberish and watch it come back clean "not found."
That green seal is exactly what a label, a court, or a curious fan sees. No account, no gatekeeper.
Heads up — IDs are case-sensitive. Type them exactly, dashes and all.
08
History & disputes
Where the "legally structured" part earns its name.
CreatorIndustry
On a project, open the audit trail — a timestamped log of everything that ever happened to that credit. Created, verified, amended, all of it.
Open the dispute flow to see how someone contests a credit or a split without deleting a thing. The record stays; the challenge gets logged.
Close the overlays and you're back where you started.
Why it's here — A permanent history plus a fair way to fight about it is what separates a real certificate from a sticker.
09
The Opportunities board
Where creators and the industry actually meet.
CreatorIndustry
As a Creator, open Opportunities. Browse the briefs; open one to see the budget, deadline, and what they're after.
Hit Apply and attach one of your verified projects. Your credits ride along with the application — no "trust me, I did this."
If a little tour banner appears, click through it (Next / Back / Finish) for a guided lap of the board.
Now flip to Industry and post your own opportunity — set an HVI requirement and watch it land on the board.
10
The Industry side
What hiring looks like when talent is already verified.
Industry
Switch to Industry. Your sidebar becomes Dashboard, Find Creators, Plans.
Use Find Creators to search verified talent and save people to a shortlist.
Open Post an Opportunity, set the details and an HVI threshold, publish.
Try the export buttons — a credits report and a compliance report drop as real files (more in the next section).
11
The Listener side
Discovery, but you can finally see who made it.
Listener
Switch to Listener. It's all about Search.
Search the catalog and open a track — full credits, the whole contributor breakdown, and its HVI right there.
Play the audio, then verify the certificate without leaving the page. Discovery to proof in two clicks.
12
Downloads & owning your data
Everything you make, you can take.
CreatorIndustry
Certificate PDF
Download any certificate as a clean PDF — for a licensing packet, a press kit, or your files. Try it: it really generates.
Compliance / EU report
The Industry side can export a compliance PDF, EU AI-disclosure included, for one project or a whole roster.
Monthly report
A tidy summary of your activity and credits over the period.
